*** ATTENTION PLANROOM MEMBERS ***
If you are having issues opening plan files from our site and you have been upgraded to Adobe Acrobat X, this will fix your issue.
- Open your copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader (from your desktop click start - all programs - and find Adobe Acrobat Reader).
- Once Adobe Acrobat Reader opens go to Edit - Preferences.
- In the box that opens up look on the left side and select Internet from the list there.
- Your options on the right will change to the Internet options. There is a box next to the words Display PDF in browser. This should NOT be selected to view our plans.
- Yours should look like the image below.

- If it is selected then click it to unselect it and then click OK at the bottome of the screen.

- This will allow you to open and view our plans like you did before you were upgraded to Acrobat Reader X.
